Brief Introduction to Product Properties:
PTFE resins are odorless, flavorless, innocuous, and noninflammable and they have good thermal stability and insulation characteristics. Their mechanical robustness is relatively good, still having very low friction coefficient, good anti-sticking quality and physiological non-reactivity.
Applications:
It can be put into ram extruder to extrude PTFE bar, pipe and special-shaped material. So it can be applied in many industries, such as electricity, spaceflight, instruments, computer, anti-septic, etc.
Package, Storage and Transport:
PTFE presintered materials are packed in double-layer plastic bag inside and hardboard tube outside. Each tube is enclosed with a label which gives source of lot number, weight, and certificate of quality.
PTFE presintered materials should be stored in storehouse, which should be clean, shady and cool, dry, and prevent dust, moisture etc, impurity from entering.
This product should be transported as non-dangerous articles, and refrained from being heated, affected with damp and shaken severely in transportation process.
(Attention: This product should avoid being heated at high temperature over 400°C in process.)
